My journey began with overcoming personal challenges during my high school years, which taught me the power of determination and resilience. College further enriched my self-discovery, while a softball scholarship provided me with valuable lessons in discipline and teamwork.

Throughout my life, I've been fortunate to have mentors and coaches who believed in me and guided my success. Their support inspired me to pay it forward and help others on their transformative paths.

As a police officer, I experienced the complexities of human interactions beyond law enforcement, often serving as a compassionate guide to individuals facing personal challenges. These experiences fueled my desire to bridge gaps and empower individuals, leading to the creation of 4Fourteen.

At 4Fourteen, my mission is to develop, strengthen, and empower community members and law enforcement professionals alike, nurturing their emotional intelligence and helping them achieve their goals. I firmly believe that by fostering understanding and compassion, we can drive positive change in our communities and society.

I approach coaching with warmth, humility, and a commitment to creating a safe and nurturing space for my clients to explore their true selves and embrace personal growth. My background in public service, certification in transformational coaching, and dedication to lifelong learning ensure that I bring my best self to every coaching session.
